This the worst chipotle I have ever been too, and I have been to many. It's not the food(I LOVE their product) it's the service. Regardless of the time of day this location is unable to handle any sort of volume. Plan on standing in line if you choose to stop by this location. I have expressed dissatisfaction in the past via their site, and did receive a coupon, but in the end its not about the free burrito, its about better management of the store. At Christmas time they ran out of gift cards the days before Christmas. How do you run out of cards during one of your best sales times of year? You should have hundreds if not thousands of these onsite all the time. Poor store management. If you choose to attend this restaurant, my recommendation would be to call in your order, but be sure to give them plenty of time to put it together.

This was my first time at a Chipotle's, and I'm very pleased! I didn't really know what to expect, and I must've looked mystified when I walked up to the counter, because the server asked if this was my first time here. She was very gracious and explained how to order. I got a burritto, which was HUGE!!! It lasted me for both lunch and dinner....and I still haven't finished it. My boyfriend and I both got burrittos, along with chips and salsa and drinks and the prices was about $16, just slightly higher than McDonalds, but "cheaper" because it lasted us for two meals. I'm definitely going back!

This store has the longest line ever! I go there two days in a roll and I have to wait 20 mins in line. The dining room was pretty empty so it wasnt very busy. They also havent been cleaning the dining room. Food taste fine, but the wait is just stupid and I dont really see a reason why there should be a line in the afternoon! Should be slow time around 2. I was craving it thats why I waited.

I avoid this location at all costs. Only come here when Im at the in-laws down the street. Line always out the door, moves S L O W, ordering online is NO better. Rude employees, food not right, always out of everything and always cooking more. No reason To wait longer for a burrito here than a steak at Porter Creek.

Rude employees who put slop on a plate. Don't online order, they won't have it ready. Poor business model to offer order for pick up, not have it ready, then tell the customer to "suck it up"

Even when they shouldn't be busy there is a line out the door. This ins't because they are busy but due to the fact they are very slow at making burritos and serving the customers they have. I have been there at different times of the day and this is always a problem at this location.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
